THE Main ObjectIVes THAT THE COMPANY AIMS TO PURSUE ON Its Incorporation:
To connect the Underprivileged and Downtrodden Sections of society to the Mainstream (Poverty alleviation) and to empower them with Financial Independence through Education, Training and Skills Development, Children’s Education, Healthcare Services and Women’s welfare & Women Empowerment.

To promote Poverty Alleviation in Global Society through Research and Dissemination of
Knowledge for Socio-Economic Sustainability.
To act as an Authoritative Body of Professionals and Researchers for providing consultancy
services, capacity development and social entrepreneurships among the underprivileged and
marginalized communities across borderless world.
1. Main Objects of The Company to be Pursued :-
Originally was established to connect the underprivileged and downtrodden class to the mainstream and
empowering them with Financial Independence through education, training and skill development, children
education, healthcare services and welfare of women and Women Empowerment.
2. Objects Incidental Or Ancillary to the Attainment of The Main Objects:
To Promote Quality Education through Career Guidance and Counselling within the spirit of the Right to
Education Act, Counselling, Mentoring and Training for Skill Development of Working Professionals as well as
of Underprivileged and Downtrodden Students, Comprehensive Healthcare Services for Women and Girls and
Child Nutrition, identification and Treatment of Communicable Diseases and other primary health services,
Promoting Sustainable Development Projects, Research, Consultancy and Relevant Client services, Welfare,
Emancipation and Legal Empowerment of Women including Domestic Violence and Harassment. Organising
Seminars, Conferences, and Webinars for Promotion of all the activities of NGOs.

To facilitate any institute or organisation in obtaining affiliation/ recognition / registration under University Grants Commission (UGC) or All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) or any other institute or organisation or regulatory body set up by The Central or The State Government under the New Education Policy guidelines issued from time to time, following the standard norms and guidelines of approval process.
